Animalis has been a member of the Dibevo trade association since 2016 and therefore uses its standard Retail General Terms and Conditions (currently only available in Dutch).

If you have a complaint as a consumer and you are unable to resolve it with a company affiliated with Dibevo, you can turn to the Dibevo Pet Animals Dispute Committee (DGG).
